They are talking about gun buybacks on the news. When the government does one of these buy backs whether it be local government or larger, where do these guns go? Whose hands do they end up in, and who ends up armed with them? Lots of groups are eager to disarm the peaceful innocent public. What life do these guns live after leaving the hands of the peaceful?
